In the school year during the week, lunch time gets super busy from the nearby students packing into the establishment. Otherwise it is not usually very busy and has a very chill atmosphere. Has a small outdoor area with seating. Staff are friendly.

2.5 for the food. All the lettuce was full leaves, like literally not cut at all, so it doesn’t fit on the sandwich. The beef and bun quality are good, but for close to $20 a Five Guys quality meal ain’t it chief. I don’t even go to Five Guys for the same reason.

We came in solely for french fries, so I can’t say much about the rest of the food, but the fries were friggin delicious! I highly recommend trying the seasoned fries. We added them to our order as an after thought and we were all glad we did! I even saved some for breakfast burritos the next day and they did not disappoint then either.

I ordered the big 1 pound burger, It took almost 45 minutes to eat, the burger was cooked perfectly and the fries were awsome, I love that you get to do your own condiments, I dont want a salad on a burger. But being able to load my burger with jalapenos…… My wife got the turkey burger, and she loved it, she compared it to another place in chico and would go to big chico burger over the other place. I would recommend this place to anyone, We will be going back

Online ordering was easy. Prices were a bit higher than I would have expected. The biggest issue I had was that my side order wasn’t ready until 5-10 minutes after my burger. I was also taking it home, so that meant everything was going to be not quite kitchen hot to begin with. So, my burger was wrapped and put in the bag way side. Overall it was good food, but unless I’m eating at the restaurant I won’t be getting their food.
