Establishment.This is now Mountain Creek Grill and they are awesome! The food was of a quality that is well above the pricing. Chef came out personally to see if we liked our food. I had the French dip and it was one of the best I’ve ever had. My daughter had the lemon pepper chicken and it was very crispy and light on the pallet. I like this place, will definitively come back next time I’m through the Poconos. Good job on the change.

I went to wing night thursday 11/13/2014 and had a awful experience. The restaurant was pretty empty. I waited about 3 minutes to be sat and another 3 minutes for a server to attend to my table, she took our drink orders and wing orders at the same time and she was very pleasant. When the wings were brought out they were labeled by flavor. We started eating our wings I ate 2 out of 6 wings and my friend sent hers back because they were mislabeled come to find out they mislabeled our wings and mixed the flavors up. They remade my friends wings because she didn’t eat any of them but when it came to my wings the server told me she doesn’t know if they will fix them because I ate 2 of them, immediately I ask her why would that be and she replied because I asked you if they were okay and you said yes. So even though it wasn’t what I ordered because I said it was OK she hesitated to fix the problem that they made with my order. As a result of the mix up instead of giving me my full order she returned with four of the wings in the flavor i ordered because “I ate 2 before I realized that they weren’t what I ordered.” Great wings but horrible customer service if it was that serous I would have had no problem paying for the two wings I ate but at the end of my meal I never got what I ordered but being a server I still tipped and didn’t bother to report the incident to a supervisor

I have never in my life been so dissatisfied with food to write a review… until now. We were driving through the area and ordered take out. When we got home part of me wished we had dined in so that I could complain to the people who made it. The meat was all completely dry and overcooked. We had an onion blossom that was cooked with the outer peel still on. The corn muffins were dry, but the cherry on top was that my daughter’s pizza was not cooked… not undercooked a little… it was raw and doughy in the middle. Luckily, I saw it before she ate it or that would have been one bad tummy ache!

Went to this place this week. The kids liked it, and their food looked good but mine was horrible. I got a wrap that should have been hot (or at least warm) but was cold. It had mushrooms that were not cooked and oozing with black stuff. The cornbread tasted like cardboard. Overall not a great food experience, but may be ok for the younger crowd or the bar crowd. It was in a good location and right in front of our hotel that’s why we went there!

If you are all about poor food, poorer service and an immediate trip to the restroom following dinner then look no further. The pulled pork was okay. Baked beans fresh from the can were cold, corn bread dry, baked potato did not even melt the butter. Be warned. Hit this place after it appears on Kitchen Nightmares or Restaurant Makeover.

This is our fourth and last time coming here. Our food was cold, the portions got smaller, but the price has stayed the same. The corn bread used to be my real reason for coming here, but not anymore. Now they give you a dried out corn muffin. Just not a good place any more.

Ruined our night, went there with the family, the place smell like dirty rugs, very bad service. Ordered a gingeale and it was flat, didn’t get a chance to rate the food as after waiting for over 1 hour, we got up and left the place. Please do yourself a favor grab a meal from the dollar menu from McDonald’s, it sure is cleaner and it won’t ruin your night.

Had a fantastic StLouie Full rack of ribs with good coleslaw, beans and cornbread. Also had excellent steamed cinnamon apples. We were in a bit of a rush, but this place was great for the short time that we were there.

Not barbeque. Complete crap. Went to this establishment and had the brisket. It was not even cooked on the grill/smoked/barbecued and very well could have passed for corned beef. It seemed like it was cooked in a slow cooker as well as my girlfriends pulled pork. There bbq sauce comes out of a jar. Charged me 15 bucks for the “brisket:”

I’ve been disappointed before by random BBQ joints, so I wasn’t expecting much, but I was very happily surprised by the quality and great taste of everything. The brisket is out of the world. Definitely have to come back when I’m in the area.
