First time here. We shared a lamb noodle soup, a spicy hot oil noodle dish and a few other dishes. Standouts were the cold sesame noodle and lamb burger…..very reasonable!! They make their own noodles……had a really great chew and texture. Server was very helpful and friendly! Go there! You won’t be disappointed!!!

Very good representation of regional Chinese cuisine that’s hard to find elsewhere. Liangpi is excellent. Really sad they got rid of the big plate chicken, that was an amazing dish.

The food was amazing and the price very reasonable. It is a small dine in place in an Asian grocery store and we had to wait to get seated. But it is well worth it. This is the most authentic Chinese northwestern style food we’ve ever had in the US. Their service was also very good despite the small space. Will certainly come back again when visiting Vegas the next time.

Flavorful food! Our favorite was definitely the cold noodles and the hot oil noodles with vegetables and pork. The hot oil noodles had so much savory flavor and we definitely would get our own bowl next time we come. The lamb burger tasted like a taco pocket (taste of childhood school lunch). The pita soaked soup with lamb was interesting. It’s kind of like a cut up tong yuan (Glutinous dumplings). Great for a rainy day or when you need to warm your body up.

We always make a point of stopping in whenever we are in Las Vegas for their amazing noodles in chili oil. Everything is hand made and fresh. Big Dan Shanxi Taste is a favorite and must have.
