First, I must say, the store itself was misleading. Had never heard of Big Deal Burger and my wife and I were on a road trip with 4 boys looking for a burger spot for dinner. On Google Maps I saw BigDeal Burger – clicked on that and the menu and corresponding pictures looked like a good option. After ordering and paying online, I noticed a reference to Dickeys and wondered if it was simply owned by same folks or was in a former Dickeys building. When we finally realized our burgers were actually at the Dickeys store location we went in to pick up our order. The store itself and workers were perfectly fine – only one couple dining in, so able to handle our order easily. This is where the issues came (because frankly being misled about BigDeal actually being Dickeys wouldn’t have mattered if the burgers were indeed a ‘big deal’ – but that was far from the truth)…
