If you are looking for an amazing burger…this is not it, unfortunately. The pictures look great, but the product was only so-so. Also, ordering online allows you to customize the toppings and I’m pretty sure they completely ignored that when putting, burger together. The young lady behind the register was pleasant.

This is some sort of concept sold inside of the Dickeys BBQ restaurant. My burger had onion rings instead of crisps but I like the concept of over the top burgers. This is the only place I know of where I can get a double Texas toast grilled cheeseburger. Go to the gym afterward .

Primarily 5 stars for the excellent customer service and friendliness, which is hard to come by in the Nola area. Both employees there were great and helped me find the location even coming out to find me after I called. Google is a little off, but i submitted the correction. It’s colocated with Dickeys. We orderes three different burgers for tye family. Burgers were filling and we had some leftover. I think they could have had more flavor but weren’t bad by any means. I would go back to try some different items.

Ordered curbside. Order was scheduled for 5:45. Tracked it several times, stayed in que. I was the only car in the parking lot. At 6:25, I entered and was kindly greeted by 3 employees. I walked to a register and explained I ordered curbside. I work out of town 12 hour shift and I was exhausted. My order was just sitting on the shelf.

Fake restaurant, ordered my food, and they processed my order, and even charged me. Never even prepared my food, and when it came time to pick up, I was told I needed to cancel my order as they did not make anything from their menu. Save yourself time, and headaches stay far away from this scam of a restaurant.
