I ate here yesterday and the burger was amazing. I ordered my food online and it was supposed to be ready at 3:30pm and I asked for BBQ sauce on the side. When I got there at 3:45pm they made me wait another ten minutes for my order. So 25 minutes past the time it was supposed to be ready is excessive. Then when I got home there was no sauce. The brisket/jalapeno fries were good but there was only a few small pieces of brisket here and there. Other than those things I would order both items again,I would just check the items before leaving and I would hope next time my food would be prepared properly but the food was all delicious.

Ordered off their website for delivery…30 minutes later a GrubHub driver calls me saying they don’t have my ticket…after a little confusion…somehow they magically find it but then tell her they don’t have GROUND MEAT. This is a burger place correct?!?

Big Deal is Dickey’s. They’re part of the same company along with a wing place and 1 additional restaurant. Only downside is you HAVE to order online… Even if you walk in gotta place online order. With that said…

This was absolutely the most disgusting food I’ve ever eaten. It’s no wonder they’re not a very busy place. This place is a disgrace to our Louisiana culture, it should not even be allowed here. I ordered a burger, fries and drink and they wouldn’t even give me the fries and drink I ordered. Don’t waste your time here! Also who puts shredded cheese on a burger.
