The food was hard, too hard to chew. The beef ribs were tiny, burnt, and hard to chew as well and the meat was sooo incredibly dry. Clearly, its not the BBQ I’m used to. We had a turkey leg as well and I had to cook it down some more to make it edible. They use the same rub on all of the meat. For $60 bucks, my money would’ve been beget spent elsewhere. I was incredibly disappointed. The brisket sandwich was ok to chew, but not that flavorful at all. My son hated it, he didn’t eat. I had to floss like the Dickens and even cut my gum on the meat. Needless to say, I will not return. I didn’t take pics because it wasn’t worth taking up the cloud space in my phone.

A great hole in the wall BBQ joint. I got the ribs combo. Fall off the bones ribs and great flavors. Loved the roadkill potatoes. It is an easy place to miss on US1.
