I ordered off Uber eats and then when I received my food, my order was not correct based on the menu off of Uber eats I was not aware that they changed the menu so when I called the manager was super nice and told me that he would make it right however way he can just call him or stop in and ask for him. I truly appreciate his understanding.

I ordered here about two months ago and the chicken is soooo good! I love how it tastes homemade and you can taste almost every seasoning they use! Also had the fried macaroni bites I think and them were very good also! My daughter is picky and she loves every bit of the food! We’ll be back soon!

10/10. I was so impressed with Big Fish Wings and Things. The service was great. I was immediately greeted with kindness. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The fried fish and chicken was fantastic. The perfect amount of crispiness. The flavor was outstanding and hard to find in Grand Rapids. Get the special sauces they have. They are incredible and you will not regret it. The homemade lemon pound cake was one of the best pound cakes i have ever tried (I don’t generally like lemon cakes of any kind) I can’t wait to stop in again. Try this place out!
