Ordered the same salad that I did two nights ago and it was completely wrong. I told the server and they said it was correct, they took it back to the kitchen and brought the same salad back and told me again it was correct when in fact it was not. It was a completely different. I told them again and they assured me the chef said it was correct and asked if maybe I got it mixed up with a different restaurant… told them I ordered two nights ago! Finally they reluctantly remade it. After dinner, the waiter came back to the table and asked if it tasted any different with a smirk. Completely disrespectful. The correct salad was great … service needs help!

We stopped by here for lunch on our way through Colorado. We were seated outside on the patio. A waitress brought us menus and condiments. And then we sat….and watched numerous wait staff help other guests. Still no one came to take our order. Went inside to use the bathroom and saw a group of waitresses standing around. Went back outside and asked my husband if someone came to take our order. Nope. By then a half an hour had passed. We walked out. I usually do not leave reviews but I felt it necessary in this circumstance because it was absolutely ridiculous and a prime example of really poor service. Please train your wait staff properly.

It had just opened got sat right away. They were quick to get out the kids meals. Everything was delicious we had a chicken sandwich and a bacon burger, they were both very juicy! My 2 year old ate some of our sandwiches and loved it too! The fries were sooo yummy and then dessert! Fabulous!!

Food was good! The salad and the quesadilla excellent. The nachos were huge and ok. Didn’t care that the cheese was melted into the chips… couldn’t get them apart. Would rather had all the good stuff together and chips on the side.

Table for 1, 20 minutes wait to order drinks and appetizer. 30 for appetizer another 10 to order entrees, 20 mins for the check. Pretty Sure they forgot they seated me.

Unlike some of the high priced places to eat in Steamboat Big House Burgers offers great food that won’t kill your weekend budget. I was surprised by the Mushroom Swiss burger, it was the best I’ve had in awhile.
