Visited 4-26, I ordered an 8 inch sub and a 6 inch sub combo. The special is $8.49 for the combo. I was charged an extra $3.49, and I brought it to the employee’s attention. He gave me a refund of $1.84. I blew it off and grabbed my food and drink. Wondering if customer’s are being upcharged without them noticing. When I opened my sandwich, it had a sting smell of raw meat, I still took a bite and there was an overwhelming taste of fish. Not sure why, other than the meat was spoiled. The Pepsi from the fountain machine was very flat.

I went Sunday afternoon at 230ish, the two guys working were friendly enough and quickly made my steak and cheese. I was surprised how quickly it came. To the point, I was concerned that it wouldn’t be cooked when I opened it.

Store is supposed to open at 11:00 am according to website. We were still sitting in our car @11:20 waiting after staff pulls up with McDonald’s shakes & breakfast. Not cool, we left after waiting to see if they were going to open. They didn’t. Went to a different location.

Food is great. Service was weird as hell. I walked in to the Clippert location yesterday and picked up my order. Cashier was nice and professional, but the coworkers just stared at me as if they didn’t want me to be there or they didn’t want me to order. All in all, a weird experience and I’m probably not going back, due to the awkwardness. I’d rather spend my money at a place that doesn’t make me feel like I shouldn’t spend my money there.
