Voodoo Trucker
The bar side was super packed with convention goers and youth athletes. I was very impressed with my server’s patience with all my questions about the menu and local activities. I had a Cesar Salad, a cup of chicken tortilla soup (totally awesome, I must say), and a homemade lasagna to go. All in all I had a really great experience!!! I would recommend this restaurant to any wanting outstanding service. Enjoy and drive safely!!!

Atmosphere is dim but nice joint, kinda a sport bar type dim lit restaurant, staff is nice, we got the birria pizza and I’ll tell you we didn’t leave disappointed, we have had birria at many Hispanic joints and they were all terrible, here it was fresh and delicious, with a nice consume’ and awesome dough. Overall -A on our first but not last visit!

I frequently walk over to get lunch at Big Kells and everything is great, but today i am not very happy. I order plain noodles w butter and some fried ice cream. They charged me $25 ! UNREAL . The portions was way smaller than usual , usually they give me choc syrup and carmel but not today!i feel as if i was robbed! I normally tell guests that its a good place to go across and eat at, now im hesitant on doing that!

Not a local, was here for supper while staying across the street. Wife & I decided to share 2 appetizers, fried lasagna & cheese bread. The lasagna was great but the garlic bread that was served with it was hard and not much flavor. The cheesey bread was very disappointing, loaf of bread with mozzarella cheese melted on top , no seasoning so it was very bland. Wife did have an Italian mule drink that she liked. Sorry, just not impressed.

The wife and I decided to try Big Kel’s on a whim tonight and are glad we did. The space is pretty big and very clean and modern. It was pretty empty but that seems not unusual for early on a Monday evening. She got the margherita pizza and I got the sombrero burger. Got were super tasty! Our waitress was very friendly and attentive despite also having to take care of a big party that came in the middle of our meal. She was very communicative about that and made sure we were set for a while as well. We will be back!

Order and hamburger, mushroom and onion pizza! Let’s just say it was a mess! The onion were red and raw, sorry u put white onions on a pizza! The mushrooms looked old and on their last leg! The crust was good but for $24 for a medium is way to much! Definitely won’t be coming back!
