I ordered the burger and fries for lunch at the office today. The bread was soggy, the lettuce and tomato were wilted (see picture) I ordered it with Provolone Cheese and got American Cheese. I also ordered Ranch dipping sauce for an additional charge and never got it. It is not right that prices have increased and quality has sharply decreased. Pick a lane. I will not be ordering from here again.

I just ordered food and was delivered spaghetti for $20. Called to get the correct food but they are out of ziti noodles. Unfortunately, I paid the driver cash so they’re refusing me a refund. Their remedy is for me to go to the store later when they have ziti noodles and they will remake the food. I get off at 8pm and have no car at the moment so thanks alot Big Louie’s. I was willing to let the driver keep the tip, just return the $20 for the food. I will NEVER order from these people again. Horrible customer service and crooks for stealing my money and not giving me what I ordered

Awesome food! Their pizza is delicious ! Love their chicken bacon ranch pizza. I did order a house salad thinking it would be a full salad but then later discovered it was a side salad which I wasn’t happy about but over all the food is good quality food. Thank you Big Louie’s Pizzeria ❤️

Oh my goodness. Yumm! Best Pizza in Florida. I’m from New York and this pizza and wings are by far on my top 3! Perfect blend of cheese and sauce. The crust is just right. The wings are first baked for tenderness then fried for a robust flavor. No I don’t work for them but I would.. lol

IF you like how burnt popcorn tastes, you will love the slices here. Stopped in for lunch, the girl at the register pointed to the wall when I asked if they had a lunch menu. When the pizza came up to the counter, I took it back to a table by the window, floor was sticky from, I assume(hope) a previously spilled soda. 1st bite and I knew the pizza was burnt, but cashier woman had been so unhelpful I just ate the 2 slices and left.This Big Louie is definitely not like the one at Sunrise and the intercoastal

This was the most disappointing meal ever! I usually order from the location in pompano on Federal highway. I used Grubhub and accidentally clicked that location. Pizza had wrong toppings but overall was good, the eggplant Parmigiana sub was disgusting! It wasn’t breaded and very slimy. Tasted very salty. I ordered sautéed broccoli which is usually made with fresh was substituted for frozen. Greek salad was very watery. I will never make that mistake again! Try the location on federal or sunrise.
