We love the breakfast, first time trying grits and shrimp. When my husband told me about this dish I was really skeptical, then I read the review and I decided to give it a try. It was Really GOOD!! I will definitely make a stop on my trip again just to eat this delicious breakfast. My girls love the waffles as well

I decided to go try out this restaurant due to the fact it was a brunch place that appeared to have good looking country homestyle cooking…looks obviously are deceiving because the food was nasty and room temperature. The wings were probably the worst out of all the dishes I tried, they looked as if steroids were pumped into the drums but then again the meat looks undercooked. I would never go again…this restaurant is definitely just taking peoples money. The service wasn’t the best either but it was ok.

I meant to stop and take a photo of how pretty the presentation was but it looked too good! Shrimp & Grits did not disappoint! A little spicy but perfect combo of grits, sauce, and shrimp. We will stop by again on our next road trip to Virginia! Yum!

Great tasting southern cuisine. Got the hot sausage poboy, the shrimp on bun, and loaded fries. All were so delicious. First time having fried pickles and they delicious also. Can’t wait to go back and try more items.

This is a super belated review, but my mom and I were passing through LA on the way to TX at the beginning of June and stopped into this place for lunch. It was so fantastic that I’m remembering to write this review a month later! The food was incredible and the owner was just the sweetest lady. My mom is sensitive to carbs and didn’t eat the rice and cornbread, and the owner insisted on giving her a free bowl of gumbo! I’m vegetarian and there were several options for me as well. Just solid people, delicious food and great service. Her restaurant should be packed! If the owner is reading this, I hope you managed to figure out Tiktok and I wish you so much success!

The food was very good. It was hot and omg…tasted soooooooo good! I had the French toast and the pasta. They were delicious. My aunt had chicken and waffles and she enjoyed them. I can say the strawberry lemonade tasted like kool aid. We waited 20 minutes for it and it was weak an watery.
