BMPP’s pizza is pretty good, but this particular location is managed terribly. We used to order from them regularly but their delivery times got ridiculous at times (promise 40 minutes but gets delivered in 60-70 or more with no apologies). We then resorted to pick-up, but they would not have the pizza ready in time. We finally gave up and stopped ordering from them.

Worst pizza l have ever ate When I call the manager tell him there’s hardly any sauce on the pizza Instead of apologizing he started arguing with me that you did not ask for extra sauce I have work at a pizza shop for five years I know what I’m talking about. Went to try them out after seeing the “new management” notice. Atmosphere and amenities are bare minimal for dine in. They admitted to me their sales are 95% take out. Parking was poor. Crust was limp, right out of the oven. Flavors were fairly bland. Prices are high, especially for what you get. Carrusoes, down the street makes better pizza for the same price and the staff doesn’t pointedly ignore you while you stand waiting at the counter. I predict the place will have yet another new owner within a year.

I wish I’ve seen the reviews before ordering pizza for my birthday from this place. It was so embarrassing when I opened the box in front of my guests. I requested thin crust for my pizzas and they were all burnt (black). The delivery guy also refused to bring the pizzas to my door and I picked up at my gate (despite the gate instruction and extra tip I left). I wont recommend this place.

The pizza is expensive, it takes over an hour to get delivered, and tonight when they got to my house they tell me that they will not deliver to me because I live to far. Even though we’ve had them deliver many other times.

I ordered a pizza, and I received a notification that your pizza will be ready in 25 minutes. I came to pick up my pizza, the manager told me that your pizza will be ready in an hour. I asked to cancel the order and refund my money, they refused and told me to wait for my pizza.

Please please do not go here. Ever. Yes, the pizza is pretty good for the area, but they do not deserve anyone’s business. The owner yells at his employees in front of you. The owner will tell you he’ll never deliver to you again over the phone RANDOMLY (it’s happened to a few people, including me) and them hang up on you. I asked the delivery guy why he did that and his excuse was “the owner’s in a bad mood, sorry”.

I enjoy a little Mama’s and Papa’s now and then. I work close to the restaurant and an employee recommended them. I recently ordered one of their amazing Greek salads with chicken. As I am enjoying my meal (which is usually delicious) I find a bug in the salad! I typically understand little gnats sneak in the lettuce now and then, but this was an abnormally sized gnat. Anyone could mistake it for a fly. I had to close my mouth from spitting back up the forkful I just ate. I called the store to complain, not usually my forte. I couldn’t bare to ask for a replacement salad since my appetite diminished after finding a bug in my food. Who knows if I ate any others? Disappointingly, the manager on duty gave the young lady who answered my call a ridiculous answer why they will not be refunding me my meal. They (MOD – Manager on Duty) claimed there are too many people in the store that answer the phone and also because I ordered on-line. I was baffled. This made no logical sense as to why I could receive some/all credit (refund). They again offered me another salad, but to be truthful, if I found a bug in this salad, and they say that they thoroughly washed the lettuce, how reliable in cleanliness will the other one be, if that? Or, to think, how “clean” is this store, if they say that they thoroughly wash the lettuce and send it out to customers? I’m officially grossed out and pretty disappointed. It’s sad that customer service like that causes a loss in customers. Sad to because I used to enjoy Big Mama’s and Papa’s.
