My diet off bread went right out the window. No regrets. I didn’t order cheese and it didn’t lack flavor one bit. Im going back and getting the loyalty card. I can order it again and skip the bread and cheese and I know it’ll still be really good with the meat and veggies.

The fries are honestly priced (a dollar less than McDonald’s large) and come in a variety of flavors, always fresh. Excellent philly chicken sandwich. The bread was awesome. My friend swears by toasting..lots of meat, juicy too. The mushrooms where just okay. The fries where just as good. Great taste and seasoning and perfectly cooked. I got the combo.

I was upset when they closed their Hermosa pier location as I was a frequent patron there. I finally have forgiven them and started going to their new location and I’m glad I did as I forgot how freaking amazing these sandwiches are. Literally the best philly chicken sandwich I’ve ever had.

Hands down best cheese steak around. It’s packed full of meat unlike other places and the onions are perfectly chopped and not overwhelming. These guys and gals do it right. If anyone says this place is not good they’re probably used to eating Steak um from the freezer.

Ok, so I was a HUGE fan of Big Mike’s when it used to be in Hermosa Beach years ago. Something in the recipe changed, may it was too much salt but I can only give you a 3/5 for now. I’ll keep trying as I’m hoping the Old Skool Big Mike’s makes a comeback.

Good food but service is absolutely terrible. This is the 2nd time this has happened where I place an order online (so I can skip the line as they promote). My pickup time is scheduled 20 minutes later and when I arrive I am told my food will be ready in a few minutes. It took an extra 20 minutes for my subs and salads. The most upsetting part was 5 minutes after I was told a few minutes, 5 kids came in to order food. They were all served before I was. The service here needs major improvement. If you use their online order just expect to not show up until 20-30 min after the time they say you can pickup your food.
