I’m a level 6 google guide and I hate giving bad reviews, however, it’s been a while since I have been in there. A few years to be exact. So I was expecting the same atmosphere and quality of food and that wasn’t the case. The $3 pizza slice had been under the heat lamps since lunch, they only had one shot of tequila left, and the cheese bread was burnt… The photo attached is very generous for the service we received. I don’t think I’ll be returning… Sorry just not for me

Horrible! Loved this place for years. Have not had it since before Covid. Got take out tonight. Barely edible. Crust burnt underneath. Ends so tough they were hard to chew. Sausage was the kind you’d find on a frozen pizza. Garlic knots literally had not one ounce of any seasoning or sauce on them. If we lived closer I would have asked for a refund. Feel like we were taken advantage of considering how much we spent. I work downtown and will never recommend again.

Place seemed understaffed? Maybe I’m being nice. Waitress was below par. There were 10 tables in the building and we never even got our waters. Trying to get something from her was like trying to extract venom from a snake. It was like she forgot what I asked for every time. Felt ignored. The food was okay, nothing to write home about. Would maybe order carryout, but honestly I don’t think I’d give it another shot. Not like I got food poisoning or anything, but not great either.

Used to eat here a lot when it was on the west side. Was a great place! Today 1st time back since moving away 15 years ago. Pizza tasted good (pictured). Awesome sauce. Ordered the thin crust pizza with green olives and pepperoni. The food and service we’re good. Sadly the pizza was burned (pictured) on the bottom. Also we sat at a window with a broken Neon sign and broken glass just sitting there (pictured) Would be 5 starts if there was evidence that they cared about the place more.

Yesss! This place is a yes! The food is wonderful. We had quite the variety and was not disappointed with any of it. Service was good. Our girl was very accommodating. Good drink selection. It was just an overall great choice and I’m so happy we found this spot.

We’ve been to Big O’s several times and it wasall delicious….but this recent visit, I believe that it’s under new owners. Everything didn’t taste as good as it did before this. The pizza we ordered was cheese, ham, onion, sausage and 1/2 black olives. The toppings were very little and made the pizza tasteless. The garlic knots were also not like they used to be. They used to be softer, larger and were dripping of garlic butter. I could make a meal out of them and a salad. So sadly I say that we won’t be going back there.☹️
