Excellent service, food comes out in about a half hour. Drinks and appetizers come out pretty fast. Excellent atmosphere, high class. Highest quality restaurant in Canton IL. If you’re looking to spend around $100.00 to take someone out to their birthday dinner or a nice date, this is the place to do it within a 30 mile radius. Excellent Fancy cabin feel.

Baked potato was gross(cold and not done), pretty sure the salad dressing(ranch) was watered down. Steak was good(but cold), shrimp were cold too. I would NOT recommend this place. Had to search for waitress to get my ticket. But then again,I think she was by herself trying to take care of all of us (30+), I blame the manager for this.

Chamber of Commerce awards night handled very successfully. Choice of chicken or roast beef with potatoes and green beans. Cupcakes for dessert topped the evenings meal. Well organized activity served 200 people in 1.5 hours, followed by awards ceremony. Very nice evening.

We visited as a large group with reservations. The ribs served were blanched and kept lukewarm until served with cold BBQ sauce spread on them. No evidence of being “rubbed” as claimed on the menu. The same meat at home would be a left over discarded for lack of quality! I should have known when the locals that meet our group did not know of a steakhouse in town, certainly no one recommended or even named Big Racks. Never again!

So totally please with this place. The atmosphere was great the service was excellent we had a table of 6 and everyone was inhaling their food it was so good and tasty. I’m not sure if the destination restaurant but if you’re ever in Canton this is a definite must stop

We were there for lunch 11/10/13. We all ad excellent for and great service! Two of us had the pulled pork sandwich topped with crisp cole slaw served on a toasted bun. Very tasty and so big I ate it with a fork. My side was the hot cinnamon applesauce which was also good. One in our group had the cheeseburger and she said it was the best she’s had. Her side was a salad which was large and fresh. All in all a great meal! We are going back tonight for my BD! mkw

Only two stars because the bathroom was clean. Steak was chewy and under done. Potatoes were cold. Pork chop was 17 dollars and I could have bounced it off the floor it was so dried out. They ruined a great cut of meat. Pulled pork sandwich was nothing more than a microwaved pre frozen pulled pork on a plain bun…. Probably wouldn’t come back, not sure how they stay open with that kind of food.

Restaurant was empty, only one waitress. Man stated he was waiting 10 mins to be seated. I went to back kitchen find one waitress. Tables not cleaned, appears no busboys Poor waitresses did her best. Food was ok, not impressed.
