We ordered dinner here and everything was delicious. The Aristotle burger took the cake, bacon burger between two grilled cheese… Delicious!!! Also, the pigeon wings were delicious. We will definitely be ordering that flavor again, spicy, without being over the top.

I understand times are tough for restaurants now but IMO you need to put out a good product and people will pay happily. Unfortunately, the past several times we ordered from here the wings were just awful. They were so overcooked they were rock hard and so dry they were impossible to eat. Ordered 50 dry Cajun wings and spent 63 dollars which wasn’t a bad price but you can tell they are buying cheap wings.

Our meal was amazing. We got the Big Shot burger and Big Easy wings. The wings and burger were both cooked to perfection with a great grill flavor on the burger. The wing sauce was also excellent.

I haven’t been to any of the other Big Shot Bob’s location but this one seems to have good food. My husband and I have only done take out twice (both times included a burger and this recent time we ordered Honey BBQ boneless wings) and the food has been good. The staff that I’ve talked to on the phone has been pleasant.

Ordered wings here tonight, paid over $50. Asked for wet wings they gave us dry wings. I called to try and figure out what happened and was talked down to by an unprofessional worker named nick. He then proceeded to ARGUE with me saying he personally “knows” the cook and watched him make our order and they were in fact sauced. I was not only made out to be a liar but then was made to feel incompetent as the comment was made by him “well I don’t know what you think wet wings are. But they’re sauced”. He then tried to not answer my question on whom the manager was when asked for a name. Absolutely heinous attitude and will never come back. No wonder this place has less than 4 stars. I’ll drive the extra time it takes to go to Monaca BSB!!!
