Has to be one of the absolute worst food experiences I’ve ever had. An actual joke for good at a restaurant. Unseasoned steak um meat for sandwiches, no dressings, cold fries, and wings so burnt I’m not sure if they’re burnt or have been sitting out since they opened today. Glad I wasted my money and can’t get a refund. Please save your time and money. Go to McDonald’s.

I wouldn’t even rate this experience a 1, but that’s the lowest option. My boyfriend and I have ordered from here once before and it was pretty decent! Last night we ordered $50 worth of wings. They had absolutely no meat on the bone, just fried and dry coating, one wing looked like it had a bite taken out of it. We also ordered Honey Old Bay wings and it appeared they just poured a large amount of honey overtop and sprinkled seasoning on top. The wings were extremely small and practically inedible due to having no meat on them. Very disappointed and wouldn’t reccomend.

They are new, they are great and yes they might cost a little more. They might mess up, from reading through these reviews. However, I have ordered from them 10+ times and never once was disappointed. I went to RMU and discovered them there. Fell in love. And honestly, they were slow there as well. They don’t advertise fast delivery. However, the quality is always there which for me, is worth the wait. I’m a sauce guy and the list of sauces they have are crazy. They have enough sauces to fill a whole page with 12 font! But my favorite sauce is Napoleon Dynamite. Boneless is the way to go for value. Keep trying them, and be patient! Once they get it together you’ll be happy they are here.

Unfortunately we had a bad experience. Wanted to love this place but that didn’t happen. We waited an hour and 20 min for food. Wings gave us bad stomachaches and the sauces were alright but thick and piled on. Bone-in wings were so-so. The fries were way too salty to eat. We had to toss them. The best part was the house salad (but minus some cheese).

Finally stopped in with cash, that can be such a barrier, and got some of their hottest of the hot wings. The wings a very good size and the sauce was very flavorful. Not the hottest wings I’ve had but darn tasty and I’d get them again. My wife said the BBQ flavor wasn’t her favorite.

So convenient being right down the street but food quality and value just awful. 18 wings and a sub all made wrong – $50. Had to order a pizza after I threw it all out. I will point out the young kids running the place are trying hard and super polite. Hopefully they can get food quality right.

This place started off with great tasty wings, but as time goes on they’ve lost that magic touch that made them so popular. As a fairly frequent visitor I’ve noticed the decline, most likely to New employees and poor mgt or little to no mgt my recent experience once again netted me only 3 wings in my order of 14..the rest were drums or dings as some call the legs, how a house of wings proudly sells more legs is beyond me and they aren’t very tasty especially when as once again my order was cooked with dirty old oil that had a horrible burnt taste to them from the oil. Unless this place gets it act together I don’t see them surviving much longer as serving food like this doesn’t having me craving there wings much anymore

We have gotten wings from the location in Penn Hills and they have always been amazing. We ordered from the Harrison City location yesterday since we were traveling and they were on our home……big mistake. The wings weren’t even tossed in the sauce. It was just poured on top after they were put in the container. The flavors were also a huge let down. What they called Uncle Ricos was horrible and that is my standard order. My husband ordered the Talk of Beaver Falls and they were just as bad. We will never visit this location again. If you want amazing wings go to the Penn Hills location.
