Been wanting to visit Big Smooth BBQ & Catering the whole time my mom has lived in this area!! Finally today, mom and I both got their Lunch special of the day which was rib tips with sides of coleslaw and tater salad. And OMG. I’ve ate bbq from many different places. And this was hands down the best BBQ I’ve ever had!! The whole time I was eating I couldn’t stop saying omg. Lol I didn’t even need to use the BBQ sauce that came with it. And I’m the sauce queen so you know it was good when I’m not using the sauce! Lol the potato salad was one of the most unique I’ve ever had. Mom and I couldn’t quit arguing over what it tasted like. I argued it had a strong taste and smell similar to like ranch dip you get from the grocery store for vegetables. And mom kept saying dill (I was right for the record). The coleslaw was very good as well!! 1,000 outta 10 recommend! Will definitely be back with the rest of the family!
