Great pork and brisket, can’t wait to try the ribs. Sweet bbq sauce is delicious definitely homemade and all the sides I’ve tried have been great especially the coleslaw, it’s vinegary and delicious. The people who work here are awesome and friendly and seem to care about their bbq.

I have been looking for a good local barbecue place for a while as they’re in short supply in Eugene. I went here with my dad, and we both got the brisket meat plate with two sides (baked beans for both of us, potato salad for my dad and seasoned fries for me) and a cornbread muffin. The brisket was so tender, flavorful, and filling, too! The portions are generous, so much so that I had to take my muffin and fries to go!

Food didn’t present well. White circular plates for bbq is a cheap look. Should be served on a metal tray with paper. Logo and branding needs major updates. Need lots of sauces on every table. Owner should look to a place like blue pit bbq in baltimore for inspiration. Bbq was fine. No ambiance. Again, needs major updates to style for long time survival. Oh well.

Very unique spot and their ribs are spot on. I did a big order take out and everything went well expect the kids meals. But they did made up for the overcook stuff and even delivered their substitution meal. We were close by and it was great to see someone caring for their business and relationships with clients.

The food here is great. The beans have a sweet flavor that pops. The chicken was juicy and had lots of flavor. Customer service is always exceptional. Worth the hour+ drive just to eat here.
