OK, this is the real deal. The brisket wasn’t bad at all and the sauce is perfect. Here’s the The charro beans! My God I’d stop back just for them. The smoky flavor is perfect, these things are amazing! Got a lb of brisket with beans and potato salad, I’ll definitely be back to try the rest.

Ribs were moist and tender, potatoe salad has a nice dill taste which I like. Mac and cheese in my opinion was a big Tex miss, very soupy. Pull pork was tender but little less favorable than the ribs. Enjoy

I contacted Eric at Big Tex Bbq to inquire about catering a party original 30-40 people. Eric was prompt on his response to me. As party got closer the head count also increased. I had to reach out to Eric to let him know the not so good news. Eric was calm and polite reassured me that was fine sent over the new quote and that was done. On the day of the party Eric arrived as we planned to set up. You didn’t even realize he was there. he worked quickly and efficiently. He supplied me with plenty of plates,silverware, napkins, serving utensils and even some to go containers. As the guests proceeded to eat nothing but compliments about the food. People were asking if they could take food home with them. One guest wants to find a reason to have a party just so Big Tex can cater one for her. The following day i had taken the couple pieces of left over chicken to my neighbor. I assumed it would be dried out but he said it was extremely juicy smoked just right and on point. I cant thank Eric and team for the excellent work and customer service that was provided to make my party a success!!!!
