We normally have a great experience getting sandwiches from this location. Not so much this time, our bread was very dry to the point it was crumbling when you try to eat it. Asked for extra mayo on one sandwich and they barely put any on. Please stop trying to save money on days old bread and give paying customers the best quality.

I used to love this place but it’s been about 6 years. Today I ordered my old favorite hot pastrami for my son and I. There was something horribly wrong with the meat. We both agreed it tasted chemically, only ate about a quarter of it before having to throw out a couple 15 dollar sandwich’s. I’m pretty sad about it.

Not a great experience unfortunately. Close to 40mins late on a online pickup order which to be fair was 12 subs, but the order was placed 45mins+ before pickup time. Website they use needs to give realistic times or just let me know I can’t order that many at a time. The inside must have been 85 degrees on a 60 degree day. And one sub that was ordered and paid for was forgotten by BTH so there was one person in our group that didn’t have lunch that day. I have a huge hunch that the potato and mac salads are from Fred Meyer, which isn’t necessarily a negative but just an FYI for others. 2 stars because the large subs were big and tasted just okay.

I always order the Italian panini. The “panini” bread is way too thick, and the meat to panini ratio is not equal. I got 2 pieces of onion and no tomatoes on my panini. I can say I will not be returning. It’s just not the same.

Not a long wait time. Unfortunately there was a piece hair baked in the dough. Sand which is bland. Won’t get my time back but I spent $17 dollars on this sand which. What a shame. ♂️
