The best pizza In Rialto long time customer, over 10 years. Recently however customer service isn’t the best. I usually call In my order and I’m always made to feel like it’s an inconvenience for them to take my order. When I go in to make an order it’s the same but now I can see their face match the attitude and I’ve tried to order off the app but it’s always down ♀️ But the pizza is always delicious if only customer service can improve.

An accurate time frame would benefit them greatly. I called in my order and was told 30 minutes and I show up and they say 20 more minutes which turned into 30 minutes more. I tried this place because of the great reviews . The pizza was nothing special, the service was lacking and I will never give this place another chance.. thank goodness there are much better options out there.

Pizza is top tier. Small Pizza shop but its worth it. I went during the most busiest time “4th of July” and the wait was 45 minutes to an hour but it was more like 1 and a half hours. Some customers were probably waiting a bit longer and they would get frustrated with the cashiers but they did their best to help.

I ordered over over $70 worth of food. Pizza was cold when it arrived, both orders of my chicken wings were rubbery and under cooked my wife got sick from them. If you are going to charge so much at least have quality food and Train your cooks to cook chicken properly.

LOOOOVE this place, have been coming here 20+years. They have been in business for a long time for a reason. Only fall back is the wait times (sometimes), they need to expand! From their variety (LOTS of variety) of different kinds of pizzas to their entrees/side dishes everything is always so good! And they have so many bubdle like deals to choose from it’s crazy good you will find something to fit your budget & is great for larger families, sleepovers/small get togethers, or for a couple looking to have leftovers part of the week. You get a lot of food for the prices they charge. They close too early, IMO should be open another couple hours would be ideal for people who get off work & get home a little later in the evening. Get more staff & expand & these guys would be the perfect pizza place!

I love this place. Their pizza is consistently good. I love the variety of toppings and sizes. Yes you need to order at least 30- 45 minutes in advance because to me they are always so busy. When I order in advance it’s always ready when I get there and I never have to wait around. I won’t go anywhere else for my pizza craving.

Have tried it twice so far and the only complaint is the staff that never seems like you are a priority. Warning! They take a while to make their food. Plan ahead but it tastes much better than the pizza chains. We have tried their pizza, wings, cheese bread, and ravioli. This is going to be in our regular rotation and we like it’s not a chain.

Pizza is consistantly good. When I order online it changes the time frame to a much later time after place my order I understand they are always busy, but Id prefer to be given an acurate time frame. Before I order it’ll say 15-30mins, then after I place my order, I’ll get a text right after saying they’re “busier than normal” and my order will be ready 30min-50mins. They are never not busy so just have the estimated order time accurate please and thank you!

I hate to give such a low star but after 15+ years of Big T being our favorite pizza we have been disappointed for the past 4 times we have ordered. We figured it was just a bad day so we continued to order but it has not improved. There is very little sauce, the cheese is rubbery and it just not stand up to the good ol days. We will give it one more chance to see if anything changes before we find somewhere new since we order pizza every 1-2 weeks.
