We went to Big Woods on a Sunday at 12:50pm- party of 4. I would say it was somewhat busy but there were mostly empty tables around the area we were sitting. Our server came by about 10 minutes after being seated and took our order. We ordered the pretzel and beer cheese appetizer, 2 sandwiches/burgers, and a kids meal. We waited for 1 hour and hadn’t received even the pretzel appetizer. The waiter came by several times and kept saying they are so busy and that our food was “coming out next.”

Our food and service have been consistently amazing. Everyone is always very attentive and friendly. Their server Lexi was the sweetest young lady and went above and beyond taking care or us. I strongly recommend making this one of your regular dining choices. My very picky pre-teens agree

The quality of food does not match the higher price point menu. Plenty of servers but no one bussing tables. Manager walked around several times and never greeted us. Our server was decent, at best. Probably new to the profession and could use more training; Clearing the table of the appetizer when the next course comes out, Offering more napkins, Showing the bill before demanding payment, etc.

Loaded Nachos are a culinary gift from heaven. Superb bar food. Friendly and attentive staff. Big Woods is owned by Hard Truth Distillery, plenty of great drinks. Pizza was a tad light on sauce for my taste but very good, thin crust is probably the way to go. Reservation was helpful, especially in weekends.

This time we ordered a couple hand tossed Pizzas and everything was great. The atmosphere was great and the place was clean and organized. The staff was great and I would definitely recommend this place to anybody. Located just off 146th street close to the Kroger.

Great pizza and craft beer, what more could you want? Big Woods owns their own brewery, so you get a great selection of beers. They even own their own distillery if spirits are more your thing. The pizza is good of course, and there are plenty of toppings, sauces and crusts to pick from. I find that the smaller size pizza is good enough for two to share. Service was excellent during our last visit, and the food came out quick enough to keep our kids happy!

We’ve had nothing but excellent food and good service here! I recommend the tacos, or the Thai curry if you can handle a little heat. The soft pretzel is also great. This place is a bit pricey, otherwise we would be around much more often!
