I had a long day and didn’t want to cook, so I came in to Big Y to get a grinder for my wife and I. We waited at the counter for someone to notice us and was then told they close at 8:30. I pulled out my phone to check, and it was exactly 8:30 at that moment. All the ingredients were out, no ingredients were put away yet, and we’d walked up before closing time.

Overall the store is always in good condition. Many years ago big y spent a lot of money training management and full time associates about how important contact with customers is. They should make this a priority again.

Asked the clerk in the deli to slice my products extremely thin. I was shown slices and agreed to the cuts. Got home and found they were sliced extremely thick. Disgusting. The old bait and switch.
