1st time to visit. Heard lots positive things. Had trouble communicating w employees. Ordered one of the bagel sandwich. They were out of cream cheese. This was Sunday noon. Not sure why they wouldn’t have someone run to get cream cheese. New business? They were waiting for a Manger to get there to decide this. Left disappointed. I will try again. Need to be consistent..

This was our first time visiting a Biggby Coffee. We wasn’t 100% on what we should get, so we asked the baristas for recommendations. They were extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about their drinks. I ended up getting an iced mocha mellow and it was absolutely delicious! It was everything that I wanted it to be! I wish that there was a Biggby coffee closer to where I live because I would visit it often!

I tried this place for the first time a few months ago. I usually order an iced coffee with milk. I think the taste is very good. Better than most other coffees I’ve had. The price is also in line with what I’d expect. The drive thru is usually fast and the lines haven’t been long each time I’ve visited. I usually stop about once every week or so. No issues.

Thought I’d give this a go since it’s on the way to work and I wanted something different than Starbucks or McDonalds. Pros- friendly service, only one car ahead of me waited about 4 minutes… Cons- cold coffee and high price for what I got. I ordered a SF Vanilla latte hot and it tasted like it was poured out of a box left on the counter. It was the temperature of my bath water after staying in too long. With tip over $10 for latte and ham and cheese bagel which was meh I won’t be back.

I never leave reviews but the bacon egg and cheese bagel was so good I felt like I have to. The Apple cider was delicious and the wait was no more than 5 minutes. The food is authentic coffee shop and the staff are incredibly nice. The only issues I had was the drive through employee telling me the wrong total (No big deal) and then it being $25 for two drinks and a sandwich, but I guess you can expect that when you go to a coffee shop. I would spend that same $25 again and again honestly. Great job Bigby Coffee!

I came through the drive thru this morning and i ordered the young lady behind the speakers favorite drink the butter beer coffee iced. I believe her name was Caitlyn, and she highly recommended it. It was amazing! Highly recommend to try it as well. The service was lovely and the workers were so friendly. Thank you. Wish i could give 10 stars.

Listen the staff is nice the coffee is okay BUT if you are going to sell bagels use a toaster of some sort! The microwaving of it makes it rock solid by the time you get it home!!!

I just went through the drive-thru. Got a Venti (Large) Mocha with extra chocolate. Excellent. Their food is a bit pricey so didn’t get any. I wish they had inside seating. 4/20. I am editing my review because the last two times I went through the drive-thru I was overcharged. The first time about a week ago..I got a medium Mocha which is usually about $6.39 (they keep changing the prices) and when we pulled up to the window the lady said “that will be $16.00” what? We asked how could it be for one Mocha. They did give me a free mocha and two muffins which was nice but it caused me to go over my credit card limit. They did refund me the money but it went on the card a week later. Then today we went to the same one on Main Streets and again ordered a medium Mocha which was priced a little higher than last time saying it was $6.79. When we pulled around to the window the same guy said “that will be $7.49” what? We said it should be $6.79 and he said “oh..That was the order for another person”. Horrible service. Especially being overcharged twice. Something is very wrong. This place is in a weird location and difficult to drive into. There needs to be a lot of improvement here. Not sure if I will go back or I’ll go to the High Street location instead.
