First time trying Biggby Coffee and I prefer them over Starbucks. More variety options to choose from, I ordered the Frozen Campfire Latte, Banana Split Creme Freeze, Donut Holes, and a couple bagels, everything tasted good. The Banana Split Creme Freeze is packed with flavor and stays true to it’s name, the Frozen Campfire Latte was also the perfect pick me up. I’ll be interested in trying their other lattes and creme freeze drinks in the future, there’s so many options to choose from and they all look delicious. I highly recommend.

Absolutely horrible service. Walked in, only ones in there, five people working, and they blatantly ignored my family and I. didn’t even say “hold on one second we will be right with you”, they said absolutely nothing and didn’t even look in our direction until we walked out upset. They need to learn manners and how to greet customers!!

Who the hell makes a sausage, egg, and, cheese on an everything bagel WITH CREAM CHEESE? It was flat out nasty. The bagel was disgusting in itself. The coffee is some strange serve yourself kinda thing. Had to ask for the pot and had to ask for the half-and-half. Weird experience overall. Actually, a really lousy way to start my day.

I’m very conflicted about my most recent visits. The management is great and the girls are just as great, however for reasons unknown Destany was fired and I think that was a big mistake, if it is for the reason I think it is!! The atmosphere there was beyond terrific, the girls would joke and laugh cause that’s what you do when you love your job (speaking from experience) and they still worked just as fast and it always put me in a great mood seeing them have fun with their job and to know that if they have fun and love their job they may stay there. They all always made my trip their feel like a personal experience. Lately that has stopped and it is too serious and quiet when I come in and it is not the same, it is not anything the employees are doing wrong I think it is they were told to stop joking around and that upsets me, if they had a rhythm and worked just as fast, what’s the problem with having fun? If you have to be serious all the time you start to hate your job and look elsewhere for a paycheck.

Oh Biggby.. not only is your “drive thru” an absolute nightmare but today when I went I specifically asked for extra cream cheese on my turkey and havarti. I then asked again when I was given my food just verifying and the person working the counter flat out lied to me. There’s little to no cream cheese. Sigh. Also just like a simple sign stating to go around the building instead of causing an accident would fix all of your problems. Do better.

I had a Teddy Bear blended frozen coffee. It was white chocolate and caramel flavored. The ice was smoother than any frappucino I’ve ever had from the “star” place. Pricey like the star place but really tasty.
