This place is great. The staff is always amazing. They will go above and beyond to make sure that whatever you need is the way that you like it. The food is yummy. I have gone to several different Biggbys around the state and this is by far the best. I spend a lot of time here and I know that people come from all over just to hit this Biggby because the flavors are so much better here. But honestly it is the kind, hard working, and caring staff that makes this place truly amazing. The owner is on site most days and she will go out of her way to make sure you get the perfect drink. But even when she isn’t there the baristas at this location will go out of their way to make sure that your drinks are perfect. They are all extremely polite clean and efficient. This the best Biggby location ever.

Not the best chai tea latte, it didn’t have much flavor. But I liked all the foam it had. I’ll probably just try another drink to give it another shot. The medium size hot chai tea latte was a lot bigger than I was expecting and was $5, which was a again more than I was expecting.

I had left a good review… until after spending $8.88 for coffee and donut holes I asked for a cup of tap water. Which they were going to charge me for!?!? Tap water. Like the same that feeds the toilet and sink. Even though I even had my own cup. Bad bad deal. Megan is server and Cheyenne is manager.

It’s hit or miss. Sometimes you get a drink and they forget the espresso and it’s just hot milk, sometimes it tastes burnt. Sometimes you wait so long at the window then get a cold toasted bagel and lukewarm coffee. But sometimes it all comes out really good!! I wish it was consistent

I love biggby and this is my local shop. The staff is always friendly and as a business they are involved in the community which is great. Never had an order mix up even with their extensive menu and it’s always clean. They’re quick and efficient even during a rush, I highly recommend this specific coffee shop.

Make sure you ask for a receipt and verify the amount charged, they tip themselves without your consent or knowledge. We were highly unsatisfied and tried several times to connect with a manager or the owner and have gotten the run around for well over a week. We were told the owner would be back Friday, we called again Friday which turned into she would be back Monday, called again Monday and the owner was not available, left my phone number again asking that she please call me and still haven’t heard back.
