Why does this Bigby taste so much different from the Birch Run Bigby? The coffee drinks taste off every time we go there. I guess the drive to Birch Run is worth it; I can’t imagine why Frankenmuth’s taste rancid consistently.

First off the barista wasn’t that good to have an attitude with my wife. They wouldn’t let her use her coupon which the drinks weren’t worth full price. If you want bad service and a mediocre barista making your coffee come here.
