Love me some biggby coffee. I have been going to this location for years and have had great everything. Unfortunately, the past few times, the service has been lacking. The employees seem to be unhappy, which reads across in the service.

I’m from NC and we come up to Michigan once a year and we only come to this one because the service is absolutely amazing! the coffee’s are always the same and they always ask about coupons or try and get you the best deal possible! the workers are always very friendly and are very quick!

The staff are absolutely wonderful! Friendly, kind, upbeat, and helpful. You can tell they like what they do and making people happy. The drinks and food are tastily perfect, and if something isn’t right, they happily correct it. They are so respectful and costumer focused. They go above and beyond. I love hanging out here while knitting or catching up with a friend. 5 stars for great staff, great drinks, great food, great value, and great atmosphere! You won’t be disappointed.

Excellent customer service! Everytime I come to this Biggby the employees are nothing but kind and happy! At the drive thru today they accidentally gave me a medium instead of a large and I called and they made me another drink super quickly!

This use to be our go to BIGGBY location for years. Ever since COVID, the service has fallen off and the prices have increased 50%. The previous half dozen visits our orders have been incorrect. When we bring it to the stores attention, we are only given attitude and flack for not getting a simple drink order correct.

I visit the drive thru 4 -5 times per week. Honestly, I could find more affordable coffee elsewhere but the staff at the E. Howell location keep me coming back for more. The coffee’s always tasty but all the employees treat us like family. They’re struggling with staffing issues like everyone is these days which makes it even more impressive that they keep that drive thru moving smoothly and quickly. I don’t know how they do it, but we’re always met with a friendly smile, a “cookie” for my dog, and a tasty drink. Our trip to Biggby is the highlight of my dog’s day. If it’s good enough for my dog, it’s good enough for me.
