Northern Soul
No greeting when I walked in, asked for a paper menu because the menu is in such small letters and with the glare from the sun you can’t even make out what says and was met with an abrupt “that’s the only one we have!” So I proceed to try and ask a question and again met with an abrupt response of “she can take your order down there!”. Rude af, not to mention everyone in there is stone faced like they hate their job. I can definitely tell why the place was empty.

Orders are always right and the staff is polite but this place has the slowest service of anywhere I’ve been. It took 50 minutes to take my order and give me my drinks with only one car ahead of me. Needs better training on POS at the least.

This place is the slowest place on planet earth. Always takes 30 to 1 hour in line if there are 4-5 cars ahead of me. They won’t just swipe my credit card. They have to hand the whole machine out to you so you can leave a tip. I won’t ever leave a tip until they start just taking my card and not handing me the whole machine. Worst Biggby Ever. Fire everyone and hire a whole new staff.

Normally it’s pretty good, expensive but good. Today I order two large coffees and they both tasted very watered down. Like milk with a little bit of coffee in them. Not thrilled about spending 14$ for 2 coffees that don’t even taste good. But the staff was very nice, if I had time to go back and ask for a remake I think they would.
