I love Biggby but this one has always been a bummer. They definitely prioritize drive thru customers over the ones right there in front of them. I have seen multiple cars order and get their food before anyone in the cafe does even when people inside the cafe have already ordered 15 mins ago. I have waited in this cafe for an upwards of 20 mins once just waiting for a bagel or donut holes that really aren’t that hard to take care of. And they have forgotten some things in my order a few times. The vibe is always off, and the baristas always seem to want to avoid talking to you. My sandwiches are always cold once they get to me. I used to work for a Biggby and I know how things should be done. It’s kinda sad because I absolutely love Biggby and I want to love this one but I just can’t. I’ve always been totally disappointed here.

Went to grab a bagel for dinner while my daughter was at dance. I stopped in 45 min before close, but was told the toaster was already down for the night. I get wanting to start cleaning early, but a toaster doesn’t take that long to clean. I wish the staff prioritized serving customers over clocking out at 8:01pm.

This place is so hit or miss. I can’t even count how many times they have given me the wrong coffee or we have had to wait more than 10/15 minutes to get a good coffee. This morning is what triggered the well needed review. I sat at the drive-through for almost 10 minutes and no one ever answered. It sucks because this is the closet Biggby. I guess I’ll try a different location.

Great and friendly service. I’m not a coffee drinker but my fiance is and he loves the selection and the flavors. He usually gets the white teddy on ice but today he got the new cookie butter latte on ice and he says it tastes like gingerbread! He’s a fan to say the least.

Fresh made coffee and tea. Very fun seasonal flavors. I am new to Michigan, and had never heard of biggby before, but I am very satisfied. I love to grab a bit of caffeine on our way into town for groceries sometimes. They’re always friendly and quick.

This is a good Biggby. I went there twice recently and both times the drinks were made very well. The two drinks I got were the iced Sweet Tooth latte and the iced Avalanche Latte (they are very good drinks pls try them if you get the chance) and they were just as good as I remember them. 5/5 good place to get some nice coffee.
