I very much enjoy Biggby. I generally get a frozen latte. The workers are generally polite and OnPoint. The atmosphere is like the inside of a fast food restaurant it’s not super cozy but it’s chill. They’re doing renovations on the bathroom so don’t judge.

Do NOT come here unless you have an extra 20-25 minutes of your day to wait in line. I cannot tell you how often this has happened to me within the past year. Going inside does not make a difference and you’ll be stuck waiting in there as well. Last time I went in there to order thinking it would be quicker but they had one employee making all of the drinks while two other were standing and talking about their nail color. Once the new aldi gets placed behind this location I can’t even imagine how much worse the wait will be. Never again.

Customer service is always amazing and they get our drinks made the exact way that we like them. There is sometimes a line when we get to the drive thru or inside, but it moves relatively quickly from arrival to service. Their prices are affordable and worth each drink/ menu item. Every time we visit, we are greeted with exceptional customer service. I am a huge fan of their “Bear” menu and anything frozen. My child loves to order the “Latte of the day” frozen and they never disappoint on their daily choices! Their “bragels” (breakfast bagels) are a phenomenal start to any day and loaded with deliciousness! We highly recommend everything they have to offer! They all do an absolutely amazing job in serving our community and giving us our “life in a cup” early in the morning. We Highly recommend this location and any Biggby for that matter.

Good selection of coffee and other specialty drinks. Food options like muffins and bagels. Staff has always been nice but the speed of service varies here a lot. Sometimes it can be very quick and other times 10-15min waits. Even with that the value and taste tend to make me choose this location over others, ie Brooklyn.

I’ve been coming here for years to get the Mint Chip Freeze. I love that they do BOGO Wednesdays and free shot Fridays. My kids really enjoy the Magic Milk; it comes with whipped cream and sprinkles. Definitely get a rewards card and sign up for a free birthday drink!
