Music too loud, can barely hear yourself think. I walked right out. No other customers were in the shop either. Loud music is usually only this Biggby, others are reasonable volume and can have a relaxing atmosphere. Here I feel I’m at a rock concert.

One star is too high for this place. Overall food is decent, coffee is decent, employees seem okay. If you have any where to be though avoid this place like the plague. I have never seen a place sooooooo slow. I could’ve have a three course meal by the time I got my coffee.

The bragel leaves a lot to be desired for $5.00. Mine was basically an everything bagel, reheated in the microwave piece of sausage, and unmelted slice of cheese.

I waited in the drive through for 25 minutes and my tea latte had very little tea in it. The barista took the teabag out. I’m guessing she steeped it a few times and called it good. She was also eating a cookie while drinking a shake trying to handle customers orders.

The empolyee with red hair and glasses got my order wrong and got an attitude when i told him so and was ettmiting a very strong awful odor the rest of the staff was very sweet and the drink itself was good

This BIGGBY should be avoided if you want non-flavored coffee. Every time I get a Dark Roast coffee it ends up tasting strongly of flavored coffee. My guess is they don’t have separate carafes or brewing baskets for normal and flavored coffees so the normal coffee picks up hints of the recent flavored coffees they brewed.

Only giving it two stars, moving it up from the one star because I like the aggressive passive aggressive review how the “owner” or should I say white collar wage slaver for eons of generations in the community has the courage through a phone to sum up my “art of war”. Good sir I’ll have you know I am still that “cowboy” that shoots straight from the hip (your words from years ago in our wonderful emails) in all endeavors, while you of the “upper crust” of the Holland/Zeeland society continue to further your hold on the corporate liquid drug culture. I sincerely hope you run your businesses in to the “ground” and exit friendless, penniless, and with that same aggressive passive aggressiveness that it’s taken me years after the fact to find and congratulate you. Carmel cold brew is my coffee of choice I get it with extra Carmel and extra sweet cream. The coffee is always good and the employees are always friendly. They added a red velvet cold brew which is alot my new favorite but I know it’s a limited time so I need to enjoy it while it last
