the drinks have gone down hill, they use to be good and flavorful now it tastes like milk and coffee, even when I order Red Bull smoothies they taste funky and the staff is extremely rude and impatient especially the snotty skinny blonde. We Stood in line for 10 minutes and didn’t even get greeted. They use to be so good here. Now it’s not worth it.

I have never had an issue with any Biggby I have been to. Their coffee doesn’t have that burnt ash flavor…like Starbucks does. Employees have always been super friendly and polite. I frequent the US31 location and recently the south Airport one…there is an older lady that has been at both and she is just the nicest and most cheerful person ever! It was nice.

I usually love biggby, I spend way too much there I go multiple times a week but lately I have not been impressed at all. They have messed up my orders and a few times have messed up my bragel and I usually go on my lunch break so I don’t have time to go back and ask for a new one. When I call the store to complain no one ever answers, and if you go there past 6 o’clock be prepared for the workers to be irritated with you FOR ORDERING when they don’t even close until 8. Especially if you’re asking for a bragel. I went there the other day at 6:30 and they said they already shut down their toaster for the night, at 6:30!
