This place used to be amazing, but has gone down hill. The tacos used to be larger and double corn tortillas, but now the tacos are so small that it’s laughable. I used to get 5 descent medium sized tacos, but now I pay for each taco individually. The size of the tacos is laughable and left me still hungry. The prices have gone up exponentially and this is quite ridiculous. This used to be my favorite place, but no longer is the money worth this miniature overpriced food. I would not waste my money, and until things change I will not be going back there. Bigotes, take note of all the other similar reviews and do better.

Staff was rude, had an attitude and took wrong order. Staff was busy having an attitude and talking to their friends and co workers. I travel frequently from Chicago to visit my daughter and Bigotes is always my first stop for pozole and their beans. After yesterday’s service and treatment, never again. I also take orders of pozole home…never again! We were not even offered beans. So disappointing. The food is great, but service is distasteful!

I haven’t had a bad thing here yet! The tacos are on point. Churro was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Plus the hibiscus drink was muy delicioso. Love this place!

Pretty good place, I do feel like they will get better over time. My wife got the lamb tacos and I got the gringa tacos. They were pretty good, expect the prices to be around 10 to 13 a person but some of these you can share. The prices aren’t too bad considering the extra cost associated with being in the mall. My only real criticism is the flour tortillas. They chose the thick cheaper ones.

I expected a lot more as this place looked like authentic food. The fajita meat tasted old and the vegetables were not fresh. The torta was mostly bread. It was just meh. Especially for the price of over $10 for a torta, I was not impressed.

Garbage Girl Glam
We went to get drinks. The young lady working would not tell me what kind of drinks they had outside of the ones offered in America. I asked her repeatedly and she just said sprite coke and Fanta. Despite pointing at the jaritas above her. I also asked for a margarita on the rocks as pictured right next to her. She gave me a frozen, was so rude and for 24 dollars we got a soda, Agua Fresca, and a Margarita that I’m not even sure had a drop of alcohol. She was rude as hell. We wanted to come back for dinner but will definitely go elsewhere.

The menu changes are not good. Took away the combos, tacos are smaller, instead of having the double tortilla per taco now it’s only one. Soda price is outrageous. Good flavor but not worth it anymore.

Great flavor, but unfortunately, they have changed their tacos from a double tortilla to a single. Honestly, it does make a big difference, especially since the tacos are already small.
