This location does a really nice job. The fried foods come out nice and crisp. The manager here runs this location very well. In the past, if I had an issues (due to new employees training) with the orders he personally handles it and does a wonderful job. This location is very clean. The service is very quick. I ordered a chicken tender meal and a burger meal and they had it bagged and ready in 10 minutes!

The food at this Bill Gray’s is comparable to the other locations. Some of the staff gives off major “why are you bothering me” vibes, when simply trying to order food. Had one cashier complain that she was supposed to leave soon so she didn’t want to take anyone else’s order… while I was standing there waiting. I’ve worked in food service so I get it. Just need to avoid that kind of stuff in front of customer’s waiting at the register. Overall, I would say your best bet is ordering take out because the food is still delicious!

Went in for a quick bite. My husband’s burger was undercooked, and my fish fry was extremely greasy. Staff was friendly for the most part and the facility was clean. Had a terrible stomach all night from the grease.

Delicious food, however it is outrageously overpriced for the portion sizes. My sons Itty bitty container of mac n cheese was $9. We dine out often, and most restaurants charge between $5-6 for the same thing. Too many good, affordable options to waste our money here. The place is empty every time I’ve gone.

We unfortunately decided to eat here on what was to be trivia night. Got there at 5:45 pm and was told cant sit in the dining area, only some booths or the bar. Went to sit at the bar and saw a reserved sign. A gentleman said well we can stick some chairs at the corner. Also asked hiw long will yiu be? We sat at a booth near the door. The waitress came over and could truely care less about us. We ordered my grilled chicked was fair at best, her plate was sparce. We wernt done and the waitress brought the check and came back twice to see if it was ready. Talk about feeling unwelcome. If you want to have trivia night perhaps close the bar instead of making others feel sorry they came. We ordered at 5:42 pm and paid at 6:16.. our server was 794/Carinne. If you would like my information please let me know..
