Absolutely amazing experience! My 7 year old autistic twins had an awesome time. Would definitely go back!

I didn’t eat there but everyone else did. They really liked the food (Burgers, Fries, Soda Pop) and they had given us a pager but it didn’t go off at all. We waited for about 25 minutes and we finally had to go up and get the food. I really liked the atmosphere. It had a 50’s diner feel. It was like walking into a HUGE Airstream camper, lol. Next time I’ll eat there. It’s got a Veggie Burger on the menu so there are options for Vegetarians. I don’t know if there’s Vegan options though. Sometimes restaurants, although they have Veggie alternatives on their menu, cook the Veggie Burgers on the same grill as the meat burgers. Not saying this is true here. I don’t know.

The food was good not the bast. We had 4 people in our party. We were in The Strong Museum. It wasn’t packed but all of a sudden out of no where 5 employees started to act like animals. Hollering, yelling swearing. Not a good place for kids to eat unless they are use to that language.

So the overall experience was horrible. The staff were rude, as well the one woman with the blue/black braids got the order messed up, didn’t set our buzzer up to let us know when our order was done and they just had our order sitting, for what was awhile I noticed others who came in after us getting their orders before us. So we had to go up and ask and the male had a disgusting attitude about us having to ask about our food. Not the mention the woman I mentioned earlier would constantly dig in her ears while taking orders and handling money.

Great place for lunch at the Strong Museum, easy & simple menu, so many fries for the kids meals! Kids were in heaven. The sausage patty with onions/pepper & cheese was amazing!

We spent an hour on the ropes course alone, and it was awesome. There are too many exhibits to do in one day. My kids love it here, and they are still expanding.

I waited at the counter for at least 10 mins with no service. Everyone one just stared from the kitchen and no one could be bothered to help. There were 4 people in total in the back with music on full blast that wasn’t kid friendly by any means. Ended up not getting anything bc I couldn’t wait any longer, wasn’t going to ruin my daughters time at the museum for their ignorance. This isn’t the first time this has happened and I don’t know why I even bother anymore.

It is a Bill Gray’s, which most Rochester people know what you are getting. If you aren’t local, it is a burger/hot dog/ etc. place. Food is served hot, and they quickly corrected a mistake on the order. Situated below the ropes course

The food is pretty amazing here and the service is one of a kind. They have a great menu selection and their prices are very reasonable too.

Bill Grays is certainly a great place to eat while attending the Strong Museum with high quality, tasty food and drinks. The price is a bit higher that fast food, but it is certainly worth it. The menu offers, burgers, hot dogs, sandwiches, fries, and other delicious options. They also have great milk shakes.
