In 1950, with a $500 loan from his father, Bill Miller opened a small poultry and egg business. Three years later Bill Miller Bar-B-Q began as a small fried chicken-to-go restaurant. Today Bill Miller is a family owned and operated business with 77 locations in the San Antonio, Austin, Corpus Christi and surrounding areas.
We take pride in cooking all our barbecued meats in pits smoked with 100% live oak wood. We offer a variety of meats such as brisket, sausage, bar-b-q chicken, pork spareribs, turkey and fried chicken. We specialize in the baking of breads and pies made fresh daily. Overall decent food especially for the price. Large menu including breakfast in the morning. The Tea is amazing. The mac and chesse is good as well. The desserts are worth a try. Only slight complaint is the service when ordering. The girl took a very long time get our order and was too busy chatting with her co worker. She kept leaving the station to converse as we stood there watching. Other than that the Bbq and the Bbq chicken is worth a visit.

Me and the wife visited this location for dinner. Me and the wife had two plates. It comes with a meat and three sides for $11.99 a person. Great deal! I got the brisket with pinto beans, green beans, and Spanish rice. They were all perfectly cooked. The wife had the brisket with Mac and cheese, potato salad, and green beans. No complaints from the wife! The macaroni and cheese was perfectly cheesey and soft. Delicious food!

We ordered breakfast tacos and took about 25 mins for us to receive them. They were also the wrong tacos as well. When we wanted to speak to management, they never came out. We visit Corpus from time to time and their service here is not good at all. I do see they look to be short staffed so I feel for the employees, but management didn’t seem to care or run this store correctly. We do not recommend.

Ordered online through the corporate website- pickup order should’ve been ready by 8:30pm. They were out of brisket, so they made NONE of our order. I arrived at 8:40pm to find this all out. No one called. They said the online order doesn’t give them a phone number – huge corporate mistake, if that’s the truth.

Came in for a late lunch with my daughter, her choice. We were 4th in line but we were served almost immediately! Restaurant is extremely clean and staff are very nice. We ordered the #8 which is 2 meats with 3 sides and a tea. More than enough food for anyone. We ordered the ribs, bbq chicken, and the ham. Chicken just a tad bit dry. Green beans tasty and cream of corn was the bomb!!! Thanks for a great lunch!!

I have been to this location drive through twice that the orders were filled incorrectly. This past trip we went in to eat inside and had to wait at the counter for over 5 minutes before anyone showed up at the counter to take our order. Once we received our food we went to find a table and had to remove leftover dishes to a different table and order to find a place to sit. There were five other tables which all had leftover food plates on them. This is without a doubt the worst. Bill Millers that I have ever been into. The food was as good as ever once we got it but the service was as bad as any service I have ever gotten anywhere.

Just basic BBQ. I’ve been here twice and food has been consistent. Brisket was moist and tender. Sausage was just bland and little greasy. Potato salad taste like run of the mill potato salad from Ben E Keith. Pinto beans and rice were bland. The bbq sauce was very basic and watered down. This is just basic bbq but it’s better than other locations. The staff was extremely nice and pleasant.

We came to the Everhart location. We ordered a chicken delite salad and a turkey salad. Little to no chicken and turkey, the little I did get was dry and tough ,and for 9.00 each they should’ve put enough chicken and turkey. All the girl said was that she weighed it. No pride or no customer service skills.

Just picked up some Wild Bill combos for the family. This is our favorite meal to get here. The meat is good. The fries are amazing and the sweet tea is the best! I have always received great service and they are really fast. If you see a line, don’t let it deter you.
