Really good atmosphere here. Very open concept, incredibly clean, and beautifully decorated. I liked the tables and chairs. They were comfortable and ample room that allowed you to eat while feeling relaxed. My waitress was very polite and attentive. Food was sooo delicious, seasoned to perfection.

Stopped in here while in town for work. It was excellent home cooking style food that was delicious. Pork chops were excellent and perfectly cooked. The mashed potatoes were just right with a tasty brown gravy. Added green beans and it was a great meal. Followed it up with a delicious slice of cake. I would highly recommend Bills and will definitely come back.

First time trying Bill’s Grill. We came on a super busy day. It was a group of us that partipated in the Alice in Wonderland Mystery game. We were able to grab two tables. Our waitress was a young lady who was visibly stressed but did her best to accomadate us. We ordered the chili cheese fries which was a hit for the table. I ordered the bacon pimento cheeseburger with sweet potato fries. My meal was delicious.

Wow, wow, wow never given a three wow review. Waitress staff is beautiful and confident. Went in too early for lunch bought my sodas and said come back you’ll be impressed. Came back after a haircut and more than impressed. Crispy fries and sweet potato fries. Salad fresh and delicious. Main course of fried porkchops. Oh damn. After eating lunch I knew why the waitress wasn’t worried about a soda. I always tip 20% this time 20% plus cash under the plate. I just moved to Wilson 2 months ago my son has eaten there at every chance for 2 years and told me I better try it and review it.

We were happy to find this little gem in Wilson. Traveling for a tournament and we always try to try something local. To our surprise there was good live music, a quaint little atmosphere and the food was solid. Prices were really reasonable too. My meal (pork chops, 2 sides was $8.99) wait staff was also friendly and good.

Great sport for breakfast. Omelette is an actual omelette. It isn’t just a folded fried egg like a lot of places. And the hoop cheese biscuit is awesome. Have never had one of these or even knew it existed until coming here. You gotta try it.

The food here is always good, and the service is as friendly as I’ve ever had. They have a lot to choose from, but the burgers and hot dogs are always great. I tried the special Tuesday, which was a prime rib sandwich, and it was delicious. Will definitely be coming back here again.

It’s ok. There is nothing to write home about. The staff is ok. They have their busy moments, but they need to practice treating everyone with a little more kindness. Atmosphere… locals that stare at you. The bathroom was unclean, and the place could use a little renovation. The food is decent. I haven’t tried their breakfast.
