We had a great dinner experience at Bill‘s Grill House.The service and food were just perfect. I can recommend the fried pickles and the carrot cake, they were awesome! Unfortunately we didn‘t have a steak yet, so we‘ll have to come back 🙂

This is not our first visit here. The first time, the service and food were extremely slow, but the food was really good. Tonight, about a month later, we ( our family of 4) thought we’d try it again. Our waitress, although new and very sweet, really struggled. We waited 20 minutes before a waitress came to our table and waited over an hour for food. I ordered the chicken Alfredo and the chicken was extremely dry and there was so much parsley, the Alfredo sauce was actually green. My husband ordered a burger medium-rare, it came out more than well-done. Neither of us could eat our meal. We had to take our salads to go, because they forgot to bring them before our meal. They did take off the burger from our bill, but didn’t take off the Alfredo. To top it off, their computer system was down so if we wanted to use a credit card, they were going to charge us an extra 4%. I have to pay a fee because their system was down? We ended up paying $85 for our meal without a tip. Super disappointed.

I got thw sirloin steak. It was alright… not much flavor and wasn’t offered any steak sauce, just asked if I wanted it smothered in mushrooms & onions (which was a no). The sides are poor. Tried the mashed potatoes and gravy, it was so bad I asked to get the fries instead. Those were bland. The corn they had… was literally canned corn, straight out of the can. They were not adding any seasoning to anything here.

The food was amazing there. Our steaks were cooked medium rare, and had a lot of flavor. While we were there for a meeting, there was a lot of noise from other areas of the restuarant that filtered into our area that made it difficult to here or speaker. We would definitely go again anyways.

Ordered the prime rib sandwich. It was the most slim piece of meat I’ve ever seen ($19.99). Ordered it medium, it was well done. No flavor. Husband ordered olive burger. It was a hockey puck, olives were black, not green, fyi. Will never return here

Our experience was amazing at Bill’s! If you are looking for the best ribeye steak take a short trip to Coldwater Michigan on the golf course lakeside. Service, atmosphere, great cuisine. This was our 7th anniversary and these folks did an amazing job catering to our every need. Quick tip dine on the outdoor patio! Just watch out for golf balls! ⛳️ Make sure to order mashed potatoes no spoiler alert just do it.

We went for our dad’s 74th birthday dinner. We were told that they just sold the last filet and the last porterhouse as we were finishing our salads. So we had to change our order. Then two dinners came out but the rest of the table had to wait 10 – 15 minutes for food. Steaks were cold with zero consistency in cooking. Pork tenderloin was super dry. Chicken Alfredo pasta was inedible. For a $200 dinner we were hughly disappointed. If this is owned by the same people as Bill’s Steak House in Bronson, it is nothing but a pricey knock off version of a good original. We will not be back nor will we recommend.

So I was not at all impressed with my meal. My prime rib was way over cooked. No I didn’t want another. I literally paid 30 to feed my steak to the garbage. It’s been this way the last couple times. My husband and I loved coming here but sadly it will be our last time. Waitress dropped off food and turned around. She could have asked, does everything look OK? Or can I get you anything else. Been there a couple times and not at all impressed. 1 time was a steak n it was rotten. 2nd time I ordered the minion and the cut was bad. Butterflies it and burnt it. Tuff steak and my husband got the shepherds pie. So nasty n greasy, he couldn’t even finish it. Oh also they served us nasty water and we had to pay for pops that had the same nasty ice in it.
