The service would be great if they weren’t so popular. they are working around the clock, so my best advice is to order ahead of time in the pm hours. The food is amazing, and the homemade cookies and cakes are extremely good and affordable. They make sure they treat all their customers with respect, and your order is always correct. The busiest times are Friday and Saturday evenings. They use all fresh ingredients. Bills place is the shining star in that neighborhood and an iconic place in Baltimore.

I ordered delivery, my food was dropped off shortly went to go look at it and was immediately disappointed. I first noticed that the wings were way too well done to where the meat was fried off the bone. Mind you I don’t mind my wings well done but that was way too well done. The seasoning was very unsatisfying. Then I open the pizza and could automatically tell it was not going to be tasteful. I called to complain and change my order they told me that they couldn’t change it I have to re-order the same thing. I have never heard that in my entire life of ordering food if I didn’t like something I was able to pick something else anywhere else I ever been ans had an issue. After I asked for something else the lady told me, VERY RUDELY, I can’t do that so she put me on hold. Someone else got on the phone and he was just as rude. He told the lady to put in an order for a cheesesteak For me. She began to yell in the back ground. She got back on the phone and asked what I wanted on it I told her. She she asked do I want cheese on fries I told her I don’t want fries with a rude attitude she told me it comes with fries. If I don’t want fries then don’t put them on there what is so difficult and why is such a nasty attitude. I highly recommend you DO NOT order through them, their food is trash and their attitudes are even worse.

Purchased a grill chicken Ceasar sald and the chicken was sour. Called Bill’s to let then know know a d the lady that works there got smart with me over the phone. Took thr food back to bills, and she act like she could smell the chicken that lit up my lunch area. All she cared about was did door dash refund my money. Never again.

The seafood club was delicious and sleep inspiring, crammed with a crabcake, shrimp salad and a stack of bacon I requested grilled onions and provolone! Absolutely perfect!!! The lemonade was satisfyingly sweet, crispy french fries closed out an amazing meal amalgamation from the seafood and flavor gods. Enjoy this delicious wonderful place to eat.
