This place is real hit and miss for me. Sometimes the food is good. Sometimes it’s not. I’ve gotten the smallest chicken pot pie, an undercooked pizza, but also a huge meatloaf sandwich and a big breakfast platter. It really depends on the meal if it’s good or not, or approximately priced. Because of this reason I don’t go often. I only go when there’s a great special that I really like.

They have excellent ice cream and food, but it’s handled by inept teenagers. If you don’t mind repeating your order a few times, and sometimes getting the wrong order, you’re still in for amazing food and ice cream. It’s a summer go-to spot for sure. I recommend the deluxe banana split.

Food & atmosphere are just as good as always, but it’s getting pretty pricy. Definitely no longer a cheap place to eat like it was years ago, but I’ll still frequent. Just not as often due to things being more expensive.
