This place was so good! Our waitress was the best and she was so sweet! The food SLAPS. I got the Texan burger, and my wife got the Billy Philly, and we shared the fried okra! EVERYTHING was delicious! I loved everything about it, and it’s probably my favorite burger currently! Give it a shot and have your life changed!

This place is off the charts, y’all! Grab a bite at Billy Bob’s Burgers and you’ll feel as if you were transported to Burger Heaven. Hubby and I stopped in on the way home from a weekend trip, and we are still talking about how amazing this place is! The food is beyond spectacular and the service is outstanding. They offer the most delicious burgers around.

We love trying new & local places when we travel. And depend on Google reviews to make those decisions. Unfortunately our experience here did not live up to the hype/rating. Food wasn’t bad but it wasn’t exceptional. Atmosphere was actually pretty nice. But, our server “S…..” was flat out bad. Honestly she didn’t seemed to interested in waiting on us which was evidenced by numerous mistakes. Some of which she blamed on us even though we asked specific questions when ordering. When our meals arrived, again 3 of 6 weren’t correct, she didn’t remember who ordered what or in the beginning who ordered what drink. Mistakes are ok and we’re all human. The difference is whether someone cares when it happens. Our waitress clearly did not. Again the food wasn’t ok. If you do try them hopefully you have a better experience.

Visiting Waco for a weekend trip and the smell of burgers/fries drove us to Billy Bob’s. Super friendly customer service! They were short staffed but we’re still kicking butt on attending to everyone. The food was delicious and very filling. They let my mom switch out the sourdough for a normal bun on her Swiss Mushroom and she loved it. The burger baskets we amazing. Highly recommend.

Obviously, get a burger! The Texan was delicious. I personally don’t like A1 so I told them no A1 on the burger. The patty was seasoned perfectly, caramelized onions, mayo oozed with the juices of the burger, bacon was cooked perfect not too crispy but not chewy at all. The other delicious burger was the Patty Melt. We added grilled mushrooms to it which complimented it well. The cheese curds were warm so they weren’t to melt but still so damn good. The onion rings and sweet potatoe fries were normal.

Stopped in for a bit this evening, and everything was great. Our server was very attentive, stopping by often to check on us. The food was delicious and looked good too. They have some of the best sweet potato fries I’ve ever had.

Billy Bob’s was awesome! I had the Cowboy. The corn dog on a burger was a great touch. My wife had the Buffalo Chicken sandwich. She was impressed. My 14 year old attempted the Fat Daddy challenge. (It’s huge, beware) he didn’t complete it but he said the burger and milkshake were amazing. Anytime we’re in Waco this is gonna be at the top of the list for places for our family to eat.

We stopped here to eat before going to the zoo. We got the chips, queso, and hot sauce that had good flavor. We all had burger baskets. The burgers were very tasty. I had the okra and my daughter had the onion rings. All very good. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive. Would recommend trying them out.
