This is my second visit. Still like it and shouldn’t complain, but I found the chicken fried chicken a bit bland. In their defense, I did live near new Orleans for the past quarter century, so I like my stuff a little more seasoned. The burger and fries and tea were fantastic!

I got their Thursday special, and it was a BBQ plate. Two meats, potato salad, BBQ beans, and bread. Seriously, it was enough food for two average meals for 12.99! I highly recommend this plate if you’re really hungry! I got brisket and chicken, and it was tender and delicious!!! The parking lot was full, but it was roomy and they took care of us right away.

We enjoyed our meal and the staff was great. When we are able to get away with going out we go there. Never been unhappy with the food or staff. It is just a perfect place for the family and dates. The food is sooo.. good. It’s my favorite place to go eat. Loved it again last night. Thanks for having us.

My food was brought out very quickly. Unfortunately, the fried shrimp did not taste fresh. And one of my baked potatoes was very undercooked. Servers were nice, but I was not impressed with the food.
