This Is the best diner in town. My family are here every weekend. When family visit from out of town this is where we bring them. They have a variation of food options. From Mexican food to American breakfast. The owner is always there doing his part and helping around, staff are welcoming. A family friendly environment. Try their famous menudo!

Disappointed in service. Food never arrived after 30 minutes. When told we were leaving. Owner said fine and have an excuse of people ordered food that took longer to prepare than what we ordered. Even after I noticed people that ordered after got their food first.

My partner and I walked in here for breakfast around 11am. We were seated fairly quickly, it wasn’t crowded. After waiting about 7-8 minutes My partner and I ordered both a coffee and a water. He ordered a omelette and I ordered the Menudo. Menudo was mediocre it was lacking flavor. The service was real slow for not being busy, I had to keep asking for a coffee refill. We asked for extra napkins and the waitress only brings two. Lol My partners omelette was good he said. His food came out first then mine. The reason for three stars ✨ is the place was clean and my buddy’s omelette was good. They need to work on there service.

It was our 1st time eating at Billy J’s Family Restaurant. It had diner decor of the 50s & records with celebrity pics from 60s & 70s with 70s & 80s music. I ordered the Bourbon Chicken skillet dinner with strawberry-lemonade and my hubby ordered the Cajun Chicken fettuccine dinner with orange soda and both dishes and garlic toast were too salty we couldn’t eat it. The house salad was fresh and the chicken tortilla soup and baked potato were good.

I used to come as a kid with my parents and now that I moved back out to Fontana with my wife and kids it has become one of our favorite family dinner spots! The food is great and the staff os always friendly and provides great service! They recently updated all the tables and chairs which really updated the inside.

Food was good, cooked to perfection, tender and tasty. The shrimp were golden brown and tender not overcooked, the steak was ordered well some and was also tender and juicy. The grilled chicken on top of the salad was also tender and juicy and flavorful. Will go back.

Loved the food, it tasted great, and it came out quick. However, the server insisted I put my baby’s car seat on top of the table, rather than offering me a child seat or a sling. I understand that it may be an inconvenience trying to navigate around a child seat in the aisle but children exist in the world, so deal with it with some dignity. That was annoying!

Just came from breakfast there, Had the two Pork Chop Breakfast w/biscuit and gravy. Great breakfast, chops cooked to my perfection, hashbrowns excellent, eggs also cooked to my perfection.
