Love this place! Amazing ribs and pulled pork. Restaurant was very clean with a great friendly staff. Baked potato salad, mac & cheese, and the corn on the cob are all great sides. Really like the BBQ sauce choices as well. Well worth the drive up from the Dallas-area on a nice weekend afternoon.

Wanted to buy a child’s meal but the boy and girl behind the counter refused to sell me the meal with the included drink. They said the child would have to be with me in order to get the drink. I stated that it was for a child but they refused since the child wasn’t with me and I wasn’t 12. I said I was leaving then and the boy said real sappy, you have a wonderful day ma’am. So I would have had to pay extra for the drink which is supposed to be included. There shouldn’t even be an age requirement. Many places offer a senior meal, the same as a child’s meal. Some adults also can’t afford or can’t eat a big meal. I felt insulted by their assumption that I was trying to do something wrong. I WON’T be going back.

AMAZING FOOD!! We got sliced brisket, sausage, and a chopped brisket. We both choose baked beans aand he got mac and cheese. Coming from a Texan . It beats it all! Clean and great service to.

By far the best BBQ Ribs in the area and our first choice for family get togethers for many years. We also eat a lot of Billy Sims take-out. The food is always fresh, hot and tasty and the portions are huge. …. Oh! and don’t get me started on the BBQ sauce! I recommend buying a bottle to take home.

First time going to Billy Sims BBQ. We arrived shortly before closing, the staff two young men, were most gracious and had no problem with us staying to enjoy our meal! I had the chopped brisket chilli it was fantastic! Also had the chopped brisket which I added to my baked potato. The brisket was moist and perfectly seasoned, but I had to try the spicy sauce which just made the flavors explode! We are going to be regulars!

I ordered my sliced beef told the meat cutter it was to fatty, he grabbed the plate though it in the trash…did nothing to replace or fix the problem. Billy Sims is better than this!!!
