Now I give the rating because a I understand that things have gone up but, the portions are too small to warrant the price, the deserts are great but it’s just not enough unless your a tree hugger looking to eat for the week, I was shown one portion size but honestly I think I got another, it was the end of night and they looked tired, so for me not to atleast admit that would be a jerk move, just not my cup of tea when I want to get full, hey Billy, we men like tho eat not baby portions we ard like the dog on bug’s bunny slap because you gave us gravy but don’t enough but if I come back it will be alone , good food and take this as constructive criticism not hate. Thanks for the good food. Don’t blame the workers they did their jobs but we’re tired my friend.thats 70 bucks right there .

Ribs were delicious. Falling off the bone with a nice smoke ring on it. I could smell the food just walking up to the store. Sauce had nice flavor to it as well. And you can’t get them for a better price anywhere close by either.

Got a large order for 10 people. 2 full racks of ribs and 4lbs of pulled pork. Every single person of the group asked for the address. I’m sure to make their own visit after describing the “Heisman” sandwich. One of the group is going next Tues to pick us up one.

Pros the food is AMAZING well the ribs at least. I did a pickup order husband did a online order the difference is astonishing! My ribs looked and tasted amazing his were no where near the same size as mine they looked much smaller and much more dry sucks right! 4 stars because of that and the female mgr that was in today when I called to inform her of the way they packaged my food they put the potatoes on the Bottom and the slab on top because of this when I put it in the back seat before I could close the door the entire bag tipped over. immediately I thought now who would put heavy meat on top of containers that don’t match their weight accepting my fate and half the ribs on the ground i made the decision to call the restaurant back just to inform them of the stacking in the bag issue INSTEAD when I told her my incident she immediarely raised her tone and said we pack them like that all the time. I said I understand before I could say anything else she “sounding irritated” went just bring everything back and we’ll replace your order ok! I was trying to let her no it’s my loss just pack ur bags differently cause u can’t rely on everyone to have the same physical strength I couldn’t even get it out cause she hung up. Just do better at the customer service part Mrs. mgr not everyone is looking for a replacement all the time even though it’s the right thing to do geez. Anyway the ribs were delicious and so was my huge loaded spud would definitely buy again however it does suck online orders don’t get the same big juicy quality ribs.

Melinda, the General Manager and her daughter, the assistant manager made a mistake with my order on the 4th of July. They doubled charged & gave us the wrong order. When attempting to correct it, Melinda yelled & screamed at me while not accepting responsibility & being untruthful. They blamed me because they were busy (I ordered & paid online). Not only was she disrespectful, she called me names and threatened me.

I usually eat here once a week. Sliced Brisket sandwich is always perfect. Fries or potato salad are my go to sides depending on the weather. Hot sauce is a good flavor while not too spicy for lunch. Banter between the owner and pitmaster is better than anything on the TV. Highly recommended!!
