This is okay bbq at best. They have the bbq prepackaged and just open individual packages when you order. We both had pulled pork sandwiches and it was very dry. Atmosphere is nice And service was okay. For a combo meal they charge $1 extra for pickles.

Ordered through Door Dash as we were traveling through and hotel bound. Meat was delicious. Couldnt eat try the sides or dessert because the restaurant didnt include any silverware and forgot some of our sides. When we contacted them to see about getting them replaced, they said a manager would run them over. We waited 90 minutes and they never showed. They said they put the items outside the door and notified the front desk. There was nothing outside and front desk hadn’t talked to anyone.

First time easting at this chain. This location was not very good. The brisket, both chopped and sliced, was very dry and had no flavor, ribs were a bit fatty, which can be good, but had no flavor, the jalapeno sausage was decent. Green beans had no flavor and the BBQ beans were ok. The baked potato salad was just ok.

Terrible customer service! Friday night at 7:30 PM, all chairs were up. Couldn’t get any sandwiches because they had already turned the bread warmer off. It was very clear the workers didn’t want to wait on us.

It was absolutely ordinary. Ordered the Heisman, no bread. Brisket had great flavor but was so finely chopped it didn’t seem like brisket. Bologna was also flavorful but texture was oddly soft. Spicy link was anything but spicy.

Excellent BBQ, especially when considered it’s a fast food joint. The 2 guys working were extremely polite and patient with the nooby and happily answered all my questions. The Heisman was delicious, the slaw was good (not my moms… but good). Only way it I see an easy improvement is have some beer available…

We felt like we were an annoyance to the female employee. We had a fairly large to go order and each time we told her what else we needed her eyes rolles and we got a big sign of irritation from her. The male employee was fairly pleasant, but they were whispering back anf forth any time we spoke to them. The male did do a decent job at suggestive selling and cashing up out as far as being polite to us face to face. But the customer service definitely needs a lot of work…especially when it comes to showing the customer that your annoyed by their presence and the fact that the customer was making you actually do some work.
